Hey, this is Coach, Daniel Myrick! Over the years as a trainer, I’ve made it my passion to help others reach their goals and guarantee success along the way, either in person or virtually.
I have the most experience with healthy individuals, males, and females. between 18-80 years old who want to lose or gain weight. I have trained athletes who have competed in NCAA D1 athletics and general and senior populations.
I’ve also trained people who had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many other diseases, and through my training, I was able to help them lower the dosage of their medication and eventually get off of it. I focus on improving posture, reactivity, improving flexibility/mobility, and improving the cardiorespiratory system.
All of this will be achieved by meeting progressions to ensure we are gradually and safely stressing the body to see the desired results the client requests. My job will be to get you to a place you want to be and be able to do it independently all on your own!
