My name is Coach Daniel, Owner of Always Fit.|
Over the years as a trainer, it’s become my passion to help others reach their goals and guarantee success along the way, all ONLINE! I’ve helped over 100 individuals: Males and females, between 21-80 years old who want to lose or gain weight and stay fit on the go or traveling.
Being a frequent traveler myself (I have been to 10 countries and counting!) I know how hard it can be to have a consistent workout program and nutrition plan. Traveling can be taxing as it is rewarding and it is my expertise to get you fit while you enjoy the views!
I’ve also trained people with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many other health conditions.
Through this training, they were able to lower the dosage of their medication, eventually get off it, and improve their overall health.
My main focus is on helping you improve your posture and reactivity, achieve greater flexibility/mobility, and enhance your cardiorespiratory system. We will achieve all of this by progressing slowly from the basics to more challenging movements, to ensure we are gradually and safely stressing the body to see your desired results! My job will be to get you to the place you want to be and that you learn everything you need to know so you can transition into keeping these results forever without needing another coaching session EVER!
